The same was necessary for the protection of the healthy principles that govern the relationships between the guests of Bagno Teresa and with the people who work there, in order to allow everyone a uniform, orderly, serene and peaceful use of our Structure. In case of failure to comply with this order, Bagno Teresa reserves the right to immediately dissolve this contract.<\/p>\n

\nIn the case of booking, a direct contractual relationship is established between Bagno Teresa S.a.s. and the customer governed by these internal regulations.
\nBy signing this commitment, you authorize Bagno Teresa S.a.s. to process personal data.
\nAt the time of booking, a deposit is required, an amount that will be retained in the event of cancellation of the booking.<\/p>\n
\nThe customer must give written notice (fax or e-mail) to Bagno Teresa S.a.s. of any cancellation. In the event of cancellation, the customer will be entitled to a refund of the deposit (net of reimbursement costs) only if the notice is given 30 days before the start date of the stay.
\nCancellation made within the fifteenth day from the start date of the stay will result in the invoicing of 80% of the agreed price as compensation for damages.
\nIn the event that the cancellation occurs after these terms or does not occur at all, or in the event of a no-show, the service provider will be entitled to retain the entire deposit and demand the price of the agreed service.<\/p>\n
\nThe reservation is validated by the payment of a deposit corresponding to a quarter of the total.
\nPayments can also be made by bank transfer exclusively by the \u201cSolidarity and Liability Customer\u201d who makes the reservation by providing their tax information and identity document.
\nFor Daily, Weekly, Fortnightly and Monthly Customers: The remaining amount must be paid by the first day of rental.
\nFor Seasonal Customers: The amount can be paid in a single solution (by May 15th) with a 5% discount.
\nFor new customers, the balance must be paid no later than June 1st.
\nFor Customers who have been such since the previous year, the remaining amount can, subject to authorization by the administration, be divided respectively; 1\/4 at the time of booking as a deposit and in any case by May 15th, 1\/4 by June 15th, 1\/4 by July 15th
\nand 1\/4 as a balance no later than August 15th.<\/p>\n
\nKeep a respectful behavior inside the facility during the entire period of stay.
\nRespect the times, signs, signals and regulations present in the Facility.
\nIt is forbidden to abandon objects in the common areas of the Facility.
\nIt is permitted to hang out towels or beachwear exclusively in the designated spaces.<\/p>\n
\nEach station can be occupied exclusively by the number of people indicated for that specific station (umbrella max 2 families 5 pax, tent max 4 families 10 pax).
\nIt is forbidden to use the furnishings (deckchairs, sunbeds, etc.) or the spaces of other people’s stations.<\/p>\n
\nThey must be reported in advance to the Management.
\nThey can access the beach stations as guests of customers by paying \u20ac5 per person.
\nThe total number of occupants of the station cannot be exceeded and in any case a maximum of 2 guests per umbrella and 4 per tent.<\/p>\n
\nThe parking is for the exclusive use of customers; any guests may use the parking spaces outside the Structure.
\nEach Customer must obtain a parking access card (one-off \u20ac10.00) which gives access until all spaces are filled.
\nCars, bicycles and motorcycles must be parked in an orderly manner in the designated spaces; vehicles abandoned in areas that impede normal passage will be removed.
\nThe transit of bicycles and motorcycles outside the parking area is prohibited.
\nThe parking is not guarded and requires the occupation, if available, by permanent Customers of a maximum of two parking spaces per umbrella and three per tent (excluding daily parking where the number of cars is limited to one parking space per umbrella and two per tent).<\/p>\n
\nThe picnic area has limited use and this affects the possibility of reserving places inside, therefore it is absolutely forbidden to occupy the tables in advance with bags or anything else.
\nThe use of these areas is shared, therefore during lunch hours and in particular during peak times it is necessary to make it available as soon as possible for anyone else who might use it.
\nFor customers who want to use the B.B.Q. (only in the evening), a reservation is required with the Management, at the end of the stay the area must be left tidy and clean, not forgetting to put out the fire with a little water.<\/p>\n
\nIt is permitted to bring pets to the facility only with the prior approval of the Management and if identified with a microchip or if tattooed; must be up to date with vaccinations which must be demonstrable with the required veterinary certification (passport, health booklet or form 12). They must always be kept on a leash, must not disturb the neighborhood, must not show aggression towards other subjects present at the same time
\nThe Management of the bathing establishment decides which umbrella\/tent to assign and has the right to make any move it deems appropriate for the good provision of the service.
\nEach umbrella cannot be occupied by more than 3 people and 1 dog, each tent by no more than 6 people and 2 dogs.
\nThey can bathe in the sea in the body of water in front of the stretches of beach indicated by the lifeguards only in the first hours of opening of the establishment (until 9:00) or at the end of the day (after 19:00), during the remaining hours of the day they must be accompanied to the nearby free beach.
\nAccess to female dogs in heat is prohibited.
\nIt is mandatory to collect solid waste, which must be removed and deposited in the appropriate waste container. While liquid waste must be rinsed with plenty of sea water
\nif on the beach, fresh water if in other areas. Collecting your four-legged friend’s excrement is mandatory: if the staff notices a breach, they are required to make the offender leave the beach. Each visitor with a dog must arrive at the beach equipped with the necessary bags to remove their pet’s excrement. If they do not have them, they must go immediately and buy enough.
\nIt is permitted to bring small pets (max 10 kg) to the beach stations, while for medium and large sizes (from 11 kg to 45 kg) access will be permitted exclusively in the stations dedicated to them, inside which they will have fresh water and can remain free without a leash, but never alone.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
